At present, if an individual "misbehaves", and his bank account gets frozen by the federal government; the person can go to court and seek relief, or he may decide to operate out of the banking system with cash. However, with the elimination of cash and the enforcement of digital currency nationwide, it becomes easy for the federal government to block or delete a digital account, without the use of the courts or commercial banks.

This control also extends to nations, if a country does not do the bidding of a foreign or international group, instead of imposing economic sanctions, it would be easy to block or delete that country's digital account.
