What do you mean by pump and dump ?

Do you even understand what stable coin mean ? The value will always be equal to the naira so it won't pump, it mean 1cNGN will always be 1Naira.

It will be like USDT that is pegged to US dollar, using the same blockchain technology.

And what is so encouraging about the worth of the naira.
As the naira keeps falling according to your analysis the stable coin can never be stable. It falls along.
Stable coin indeed.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) asked the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to introduce central bank digital currency (CBDC or enaira).
Not surprisingly, the adoption was extremely low.

The CBN then went on a cash confiscation project, probably to test the waters, to know whether they can use that as an excuse to force enaira on the population.
Fortunately, the cash confiscation project also failed.

At present, a more gradual cash scarcity has been introduced. The CBN is still determined to bring forth central bank digital currency; this time, it is called Nigeria Naira (cNGN) stablecoin.

The IMF is not interested in Nigeria's development. The IMF's goal is to control the finances of the Nigerian population.

It's value will be pegged to the Nara and inflation will rubbish it.

This government is daft, they want to follow short cut,it won't work.

They have to fix the economy first

The purpose of this innovation is control.

At present, if an individual "misbehaves", and his bank account gets frozen by the federal government; the person can go to court and seek relief, or he may decide to operate out of the banking system with cash. However, with the elimination of cash and the enforcement of digital currency nationwide, it becomes easy for the federal government to block or delete a digital account, without the use of the courts or commercial banks.

This control also extends to nations; if a country does not do the bidding of a foreign or international group, instead of imposing economic sanctions, it would be easy to block or delete that country's digital account.

YES, THAT IS THEIR PLAN.

FIRST, LET THEM FIGHT AND WIN THE WAR OR FAIL.

U DONT SEE THE WHOLE WORLD IS ALREADY FIGHTING?

EVEN HERE IN NIGERIA, GOV MUST FIRST WIN THE WAR.

WE WONT EVER ALLOW SUCH SUCCEED.

The wrestling between the 'owners of eNaira and cNaira has entered and interdmensional phase. cNaira will be more amazing. eNaira project was hijacjed by America. ECO was hijacked by France, cNaira is Tinubu;s best move in his life. He will have password to the number generating AI database and create money from electrons,

I think with this, Nigeria might rival top world powers. We will create money for construction jobs and construction loans.

Govt should just focus on infrastructural developments for the near future. Nigeria will "japa" from all loans it has taken by splitting. Na the old United Nigeria collected loans... and the new nations from it won't repay the loans. Lol.

Invest with anything naira and slaughter yourself. May I never perish with Nigeria. I am looking forward to travelling as a foreigner to other regions very soon.. cool

We hope it work out as planned.

Where are the features stated? The news has nothing credible, just general propaganda, doesn't provide any information on how the cngn will actually revolutionise payment or enable you make payment globally as advertised.

CRYPTOCURRENCY AND STABLE DONT MIX.

NAIRA IS GONE

You have no idea what you are talking about. Stablecoins exist and are cryptocurrencies that are infact stable like usdt, busd, usdc etc.

Nigeria is a joke and anyone looking for naira or a stablecoin tied to it is joking with their finances.
