Eat without a doubt. Wolof rice is the best. We learned it from them while Ghanaians created an abomination from copying our style.

Why I no go argue with wetin I use my data watch?

You eat it but you don't know how it's prepared. They just serve you the finished product and you assume it was not cooked together.

Okay that is possibly true, but the point simply is, Senegalese jollof is not prepared in the same way as what we have in this thread because even if the okra is cooked with the rice, it is cooked whole not cut up like this, and certainly looks nothing like it. The Senegalese version is quite delicious and visually appealing, not to mention, loaded with nutrients.

I'm not talking about it being the same as the one here. Different recipes but same combo.

Re: Eat Or Pass? by Bankowner: 7:32am On Jan 12
It is worth a try because of:

1. the fish
2. the prawn/crayfish
3. the ponmo
4. the green
5. the cooking on top of firewood.

The five above appeal to me so the okra shouldn't be a dampener.
