What started out as an idea has meticulously grown to over 1,000 members and still counting in the city of Abuja.

The FCT Tourism Volunteer Network is the brain child of Amb. Phil Roberts a committed tourism enthusiast and with the sole aim of complimenting the government in it's drive geared towards tourism development within the FCT.

This initiative also possess in it, inherent possibilities for job creation, promote new frontiers within the tourism sector and guarantee safety in tourism.

The FCT Tourism Volunteer Network has sponsored individual empowerment forum for youths and critical stakeholders within the sector.

Most recent is the Tourism Forum organized to intimate the general public on what Tourism is all about.

And in attendance to identify with the tourism revolution is The Director of Tourism FCT, The Deputy Director Tourism department, the Asst Director of Tourism, the Director of Youth Development and staff SDS among others.

Representatives and stakeholders of the creative industry, Mr Favor John of one voice Africa, Mr Abayomi, Mr Jerry of fit more studio, Ish of Bush baby media, Dr Cherry, Dr Mba, Mc miracle, Daniel bello, Me Thaddeus, Abuja landlady,Blessing Valarie.
