That is not for you to decide. Let EFCC do their job. On no circumstance should even his company be given any contract whatever soever for any reason.

It matters whether he is no long or was ever with the company. The fact that he as any affiliation no matter how significant it is should be enough reason to deprive his company any contract under his ministry considering various dubious mean Nigeria lie to defraud the country at the slightest opportunity.
