Nobody can tarnished the good image of our working minister. Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo is not God but I can categorically say he can't be part of this mess. He is too determined and focus to be mentioned in such allegation.

Hon. Olubunmi didn't commit any fraud
Tunji-Ojo, a co-founder of the company, resigned as Managing Director back in 2019. He no longer has signing authority over the company's account.

The contract in question was legitimately awarded and successfully carried out without any legal complications. Payments for the services rendered were appropriately made into the company's account.

Why do Nigerians always look for a way to drag good things in the mud! BTO co-founded the company but resigned as the MD in 2019 and he is no longer a signatory to the account.
The contract was awarded with due process followed with 80% disbursed and the contract was executed but balance yet to be paid by FG.
BTO is a man of integrity.

What are you saying? You are certain he can't join them or he is not corrupt? That he is doing well doesn't mean he is corrupt.

Tinubu is the president today but we all know he is corrupt. I am not saying that publication is correct but also not saying it's wrong because most Nigerian politicians are very corrupt. I can't vouch for no one.

Who are the directors of the company?

When was public bidding for the contract published and bids opened?

What is the relevance of being a signatory?

If you don't know what to say better be silent

Apart from the fact that you have not provided a source

Whether ypu are a signatory is totally irrelevant

The fact is it is alleged he is a shareholder . That is what matters
It is further alleged he is the sole shareholder . The question is . Did he declare his assets on resumption of office .Was this among the things declared. Is there any conflict of interest

PRESIDENT TINUBU SUSPENDS MINISTER OF HUMANITARIAN AFFAIRS AND POVERTY ALLEVIATION FROM OFFICE

In line with his avowed commitment to uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in the management of the commonwealth of Nigerians, President Bola Tinubu suspends the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Betta Edu, from office with immediate effect.

The President further directs the Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to conduct a thorough investigation into all aspects of the financial transactions involving the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, as well as one or more agencies thereunder.

The suspended Minister is hereby directed to hand over to the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, and she is further directed by the President to fully cooperate with the investigating authorities as they conduct their investigation.

Furthermore, the President has tasked a panel that is headed by the Coordinating Minister of the Economy and Minister of Finance to, among other functions, conduct a comprehensive diagnostic on the financial architecture and framework of the social investment programmes with a view to conclusively reforming the relevant institutions and programmes in a determined bid to eliminate all institutional frailties for the exclusive benefit of disadvantaged households and win back lost public confidence in the initiative.

These directives of the President take immediate effect.
