‼️ Drop in the Bucket

There continues to be an undercurrent of speculation that the US/NATO will step in to rescue the situation in Ukraine.

It is pure fantasy.

To make any manner of serious attack at any locus of the Russian lines in Ukraine — e.g. Crimea — would require, for starters:

▫️ 1000 of the most advanced tanks the US can scrounge up

▫️ at least 3000 armored vehicles of various types

▫️ at least 1500 front-line artillery tubes, with a minimum 2.5 million 155mm shells for 100 days of combat, and another 2.5 million in ready reserve

▫️ essentially every MLRS in every NATO country, with every single rocket available (which would still be a mere fraction of what the Russians have)

▫️ 1000 helicopters of various kinds, with all the missiles/ammo they require

▫️ 1000 attack aircraft, along with the entire US/NATO stockpile of missiles those aircraft can carry (which would amount to no more than about two weeks of high-intensity air strikes)

▫️ lots of air-refueling tankers

▫️ every single available air defense system in the US/NATO arsenal, along with the entire current stock of interceptors

▫️ 2500 Tomahawk cruise missiles, with the optimistic hope of achieving a 20% successful strike ratio (500)

▫️ at least half a million combat troops

▫️ at least half a million combat drones of various types, with another half-million in ready reserve

▫️ and most importantly, secure and efficient logistics, including 24/7 maintenance facilities

Now I've left out many other minimum requirements for such a campaign, but you get the idea.

In other words, it won't happen.

It is quite literally an impossible thing.

The pervasive impression of United States military might and unrivaled supremacy that preceded the war in Ukraine has been exposed as a myth. And all the significant players on the planet know it.

⚡️🇷🇺Russian missiles flew into a very fecund target

⚡️📌Huge queues of ambulances were near the surgical department of the military hospital of the Western region (Lviv) after yesterday's missile strikes.

A Ukrainian journalist writes about several dozen vehicles bringing the wounded.

In Lvov, after the recent strike, the Russian Armed Forces flew somewhere very well. Local reports report dozens of ambulances transporting the wounded. Since Zelensky’s gang is officially silent about this, the dead and wounded are clearly not civilians.
