Congratulations to the team and all Nigerians near, far and beyond.

Aside from winning, I enjoyed Danny the super commentator with his ear-bombing vocabularies. I was just laughing hard.

I hope they play all his commentaries to his hearing... So that he won't be biased.
His flow may not be perfect and he is awfully biased but I love his positivity and optimism about the team.

Nigeria beat Ivory Coast in 1994, and went on to win that AFCON.

Nigeria beat Ivory Coast in 2013, and went on to win that AFCON.

Nigeria has just beaten Ivory Coast in AFCON 2023 🤔

Perhaps, …….. 🤷🏾‍♂️😄

There's a slight difference this time. In 1994 and 2023, Nigeria defeated Ivory Coast in semi-final and quarter-final respectively. In 2023, the defeat came in the group stage.

Osihmen smart o. He deliberately stayed down so that VAR can pick up the incident and award a penalty.

Now finish it off!

I swear, that smartness drew the ref's attention.

I been first dey vex for am say E no gree stand up, but dude knew he was kicked so he remained on the ground..

Do you feel how I feel about him? He looks, runs, acts, and tilts his ass like Sterling. He's so funny when he's running, but he's good.

Our Coach, Pajero..got his tactics right for the very first time..

We don't need to beat Ivory Coast convincingly..what's important is a win.

Anyways, for this tournament...of Super Eagles can avoid Morrocco and Senegal, they can go as far as possible.

Congratulations Nigeria!

Ola Aina deserves the man of the match. Despite hard pressure, he didn't collapse and give in for the Ivorians. A defence too hard to crack.

Our coach no fit motivate our players like our home coach. Imagine if it was somebody like Kanu or Okocha that was there as the coach... Players go dey motivated. This is what's keeping Europeans and Americans at the top in football. They always always bring in past players to either work as the coach or with the coaches in order to motivate players in their national teams. Here they silence you if they know you won't be playing football politics.
eguavon was once the head coach . Amokachi was assistant.

So ivoriens just wasted their public holiday to witness this public humiliation. I knew this will be counterproductive as this will heap more pressure on their players.
