Sincerety here is subjective, the courts are also part of the election process.

How did they know they will win?
You think these people are not privy to most of these judgements before hand? I bet it that if the opposition candidate in those states knew they would win, they would have been in the court. It happened during the presidential also, Atiku and Obi knew they had lost, that was why never appeared in the day of the delivering, but they appeared throughout the days of the hearing.

All the judicial appointment being made by Tinubu is to facilitate a scripted judgement in APC s favour. The judiciary is an handicap in the hands of politicians.

Mutfwang is not going anywhere. It has been established that another congress was help by the PDP for the governorship candidates that produced MUTFWANG. The supreme court will affirm that.
The governor stays.

inec has no fault, but our law, most of the cases has nothing to do with inec, but our law, lawyers, and political interest.

Na the Kano Governor I pity pass.....the evidence against him seems overwhelming.....I doubt if his lawyer, Wale Olanipekun, could do any magic for him but hey! this is Nigeria, anything could happen.

The appeal court did not debate that. The appeal court only acted on hearing that PDP disobeyed court order without further hearing and concluded hearing in 11 minutes. That is ridiculous don't you think.

Whether ridiculous or not,the judgment stands and the apex court is bound by it.by the way the appeal court nullified the Congress based on evidence pdp brought showing that only partial Congress held and an injunction stopped it

Is it not because we are un-serious in the affairs of the Nation and the States, that we ensures everything end up in at the Supreme Court?
Is it not because they are not using their own Money, otherwise, the Poor have more Cases in the lower Courts- --Appeals Courts,
-High Courts( State and Federal), ---------Industrial Courts( all over Nigeria),than those who are parading themselves here,in the Upper Chamber!
Alas,it's Winners takes All in Nigeria Politics!
Nothing to rejoice about, except their footsoldiers who benefits!
