ok everyone including lawyers on here, I need help on taking over my dads properties and account. My dad passed away recently and he left no will. The most impt is the account so that mum and my junior ones can have access to the money because I am away from Nigeria. Help pls,does anyone know how to or a good lawyer to help. Dad had only one wife(my mum and 7 children). Thanks everyone. |

You need to probate his estate and get letters of administration even though your father died intestate that is w/o a will |

Many thanks, is it easy to hire a lawyer to do it or can my brothers and sisters do it themselves? I need a low down pls.I dont know how easy it is to do in Nigeria. |
