My sister is in need of a job she just came to lagos and she stay around ajah please if anybody have a job even if accomodation is available she will work... Thanks

Does the agent cover transportation for the month?

So If the working conditions of the said place Are bad and the person decides to leave the next month, they will still pay 50%

What's the role of an Agent?
What are they contributing?
Would they write a good CV?
Would the Interview be bypassed?

what if after paying and at the end of the month the boss refused to pay her salary
will the agent intervent??

I am employer. I have about 20 workers working with me. It is not wickedness. It is reward for labour. You do not know the number of calls and expenses on the side of the agent that went into it. My friends brother got a job thru such a link. Paid the substantial part of the salary, he later grew and got established. Today he is married and in Canada. If he had not taken the bold step and scream wickedness just like you, he would have missed the opportunity. Stop confusing the Op and simple minded persons pls.

to understand it, if someone gets you job in agencies like NPA, CBN, FIRS, how much are you willing to give the person to get the job

This is true actually, I once contact an agent to secure job for me he asked for 50% of my first payment I was shocked. He later explato me that some of these employee ruin things up, some steal and get away with it and these agents are held responsible for any loss

I remember when I got my friend a job at a lounge, the pay was 50k per month. The first month she worked, she made a lot of mistakes and some money was deducted from the 50K salary.

Assuming she got the job through an agent, after the whole deduction, the agent will still collect 50%?

Also note, that most lounges don't accept taking tips.

I don't mind giving any agent 50 percent in as much as i know it is just a one off deduction.

I need something like this o. Lagos accomodation is my greatest challenge as i currrntly live in Ibadan. Most of the people i know in Lagos live in the mainland.
