Probably once the Morbad wife and her people realize this type of will or documents can't fly they will have to deny it never existed... No doubt both Morbad wife and father are fighting over properties as they both deserve share under moral justice.

At this point, a trustee should be appointed by the state to manage Mohbad's estate on behalf of his son and of course his wife if DNA confirmed he is truly Mohbad's offspring. If not, his parents and siblings should be entitled to his estate.

Imagine sponsoring him to a studio to recorded a song, and after that giving him wrong information, that his son has a will

If that's the case, the boy's father is the one allowing himself to be used. He could have declined the studio offer for example.

Why speak thia way? Why not listen to all that transpired before typing this? And if you did and came up with this conclusion, then you really need a brain reset.

How can asking for DNA test be an issue here? And moreover cant you see that some people wanted to throw the narrative to him that his son already has a will which he came up with a counter arguement?

Haaba!! I believe you re a man and ought to be logical in your reasoning.... You re accusing a man of killing alhis son when he was never told that his son had died. Infact he was deceived but only followed his intuition to get to his son's house only to discover that his son was already dead and already embalmed. His son's lawyer , some Alfa's, some representatives of top musicians and other were already in his house. Death certificate was already issue to his son's wife which she never revealed to him but made him carry the corpse all around town looking for police report and morgue to deposit the body. Only to be refused and had no option other than to go bury his son that night . Finally he was castigated by Nigerians for the rush and his son's corpse was exhumed for further investigation. What else do you guys want from this man? Obviously hi life as I can see now. Too bad

You guys don't get it. The father is saying that they fabricated a will in his son's name. Meaning, the Management just confirmed what he is insinuating - that his son didn't have a will but they fabricating it.

He died without a will and automatically his so , wife and his family inherit his property pro IDE it's proven through DNA that the young is his son. An attorney who is vast in property and inheritance law will sort it out. Though I have the feeling that the parents of Mohbad and other parties are just after the late musician's properties. The father and the mother failed in their duty as husband and wife also in parenting the late musician.

Many Nigerians above 60+ don't even have lawyer let alone a will.
