Is he invisible? The problem is; army, police, navy, airforce and paramilitary personnel keep harassing civilians instead of doing their duties.
You will see them in the town, villages and cities brandishing weapons but cannot enter bushes and forest to combat this bandits.
They need to reclaim their lost glory.

Lets propose long term solutions for banditry and kidnapping through massive investment in education in the northern parts of Nigeria and watch how it disappear within 10 to 15 years completely. we should stop dealing with the symptoms and deal the with root cause.

Going by the picture circulating online of him wearing a police uniform, it's easy to discern that he is not a police officer or recruited into the police force. he might have keed a police officer and obrain his uniform, check out the background pictures too. notice an Army uniform on maybe his colleague too .

Fishing out these bandits, criminals etc should not be much difficult for the Nigerian forces to do. Comb the forest,bomb dem all and let all us be free in this country. Imagine bh has been for years terrorizing the north and still yet Naija govt nor fit fetch dem out... Trace the gadgets dem dey use take pictures and make calls. Whatever he is. Based on the pictures of him online, he certainly has authentic Nigerian Police uniform(s) and military grade weapons... a BANDIT who can be mistaken for an officer.

It's well known criminals kill,steal and use the uniforms of security officials.
If that was a true official his name, rank and id-number would be visible on the uniform. That is part of official dress code.
