I also go same message and I reside in Edo state. Don't know how to go about it or what the program is all about.

The invitation was as a result of the NOGIC JQC application done sometime last year. I think in July. I got same message. Although I don't reside in Portharcourt but hopefully I will try as much as possible to go for the selection test.. no harm in trial. It's an oil and gas training from my findings
