It's already clear that humans are made up of energy, positive energy and negative energies. Energy transfer is real. Some people transmit negative auras and energies and you don't need that to function at your best, either in business, in your family etc.

Some energy is so contagious that you get them just by being around people. Some are transferred by having Sex. Because sex in itself is sharing of energy. Get ogirisi/fertility leaves as much as you can...

squeeze them inside your bathing water, put 7 seeds of alligator pepper in your mouth say your prayer/intention, chew and splash inside the bucket of bathing water, bath the water without soap or sponge. Add salt as well to the bucket after declaring your intentions
