The only governor that made meaningful impact in Delta State even though he looted is Ibori......Since he left everything in the state collapsed.

I don't even know the worse governor between Uduaghan and Okowa. undecided

I just pity Deltans, the state is in a total mess. This new Sheriff in town will still continue from where others stopped.
