This boy is still at it after many years. I remember his secondary school video which made rounds about ten years ago. Nineteen years ago, when parkour was still mainstream, I had a desire to learn it after watching the many highlights posted online. Na when I see daily training na repeat of one jump more than a thousand times, I hands up. I no fit numb my mind when many interesting things full life. Good luck to those who persevered. It builds the body very fast. The practitioners were heavily muscled with little fat.
