I will like to do my nysc in port-harcourt after graduation, but have never been to ph. I went to know, is ph safe? What will be my experience like in terms of food,culture,ruggedity,cultism,friendliness,accommodating,lifestyle,views,militancy e.t.c
Pls i need people who know we'll about portharcourt to trow more light on these for me, cus i might end up settling in ph after my graduation even do i still have interest in moving abroad.

PH is safe if you waka well,food is cheap if you know your way and make friends with the seller.
