I have been experiencing some problems with this laptop quite a while now and I just got it January 2023. 1. It get really hot while in use 2. Lately, it doesn't charge while in use unless I sleep or shut it down completely before charging. Has anyone used this type of PC and experienced such problems, how did you go about it.

Osleez:I think it's either battery issue or charger is bad. Go and get a new charger or use the charger of any compatible HP laptop,if it doesn't solve the problem. You would have to change the battery. |

Do you placed it on your bed when using it?There is no ventilation that is cooling your CPU |
