It’s healthier than the regular garri no doubt because the cassava starch has been extracted completely. But what is the market value? Is it in high demand? Is it more expensive than the regular? Can you make eba with it? If produced, are there people that will consume it in preference to regular? Please share your business idea and value for it.

In times like this,No one cares if it's starch less or not. The cheaper variety saves cost. |
