Most times HOA members make so much or less than their colleagues in other states depending on who your state Governor is. Wike fit dey settle wella and Fubara fit dey give them Pea nuts(In budget padding, increased sitting allowances, estacodes etc) and Vice versa (Before the Rivers Political Crisis Started)

Chief of Staff is not a constitutional role. You may as well swear in your chief driver if you are doing same for chief of staff that is not constitutionally recognized.
