You can't use a whole 500,000 dollars per annum to maintain a private jet. Some jets are worth less than one million dollars and they are in good working condition. The main expense is the salary of the crew and we know those who can afford it. However you can buy a private jet under your name and use it as a commercial craft like a cruise boat and you will still be listed as the owner of such a jet
