Hmm...

A saying goes thus, 'if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it must be a duck'.

Though the act seems to point to the modus operandi of some criminal elements of Fulani extraction, recent events have shown that the widespread and increased hardship in the land has pushed other persons who are not of the Fulani tribe to embrace criminal activities.

The main story itself made no mention of a tribe, why Lere chose to include it in his own headline is not proper. Though he might be privy to more confidential information.
