Former Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Deputy National Chairman, Bode George, has charged President Bola Tinubu to wake up and tackle the insecurity challenges confronting Nigeria.

This was as George expressed pity for Tinubu over the “deluge of crises” before him.

Addressing journalists in his Lugard office in Lagos on Wednesday, George urged the president to assemble elders and retired military officers to devise solutions to tackle the current security challenges.

According to him, the high level of insecurity has further underscored the need to have a state police and “Tinubu must not shy away from that.”

“We are failing on security and I want to call on the President to invite all elders to come for a discussion. The issue of insecurity has become a national calamity.

“The President has to wake up. I pity him because he has this deluge of crises. Unfortunately, he cannot complain because it is the same party that is in power.

“The whole nation is in a state of quagmire. This is not an issue of APC or PDP, everybody is affected.”

We told them the man was a vegetative 98 year old man that will be spending most of his time on bed rests, still they said we are insulting them.

You can't give what you don't have.

Tinubu is a fraud, is overrated and has assembled majorly imcompetent people to help him lead Nigeria.

Nigeria is doomed

What about the economy sir. .?

It's a two-way mantle tussle for Tinubu's adminstration.

Economy & Security.

Those are the major things he will have to contend with all through his reign.

If the economy must survive, he has to find ways to stabilize and give value to the naira again.

As per security, it's a northern cabal thing. More so, if hunger remains grossly on the land, security will not be achieved.

Guy you must be funny. Your moniker sounds like someone from middle belt or northern Nigeria and it seems you are not worried about the security situation in the country especially in the north?
There should be a limit to political trolling. From my observation, there are a lot of foreigners disguising as Nigerians just to be posting annoying comments online.
Most of these comments is liken to the conversation kids usually have in kindergarten schools eg 'my daddy car is better than your daddy car' and the like.
Another group are those based outside the country especially those who Japa with money gotten from supporting bad leaders. No conscience and morality. I fear who no fear those supporting their oppressors.

It is very very annoying when governors of state will be waiting for the presidency to come and tackle the insecurities in their respective states for them.

They are quick to use the political word - "I am the Chief Security of my State". They should exercise the power on the non actors disturbing the peace and harmony of their state.

They should inert it to their respective state laws. Any person caught with this crime - kidnapping, terrorism, banditry and other vices of crimes should be prosecuted and killed if found guilty by the laws.

It seems they are afraid to do that...

The importance of going thru Secondary school education publicly or privately can never be undermined. Buying certificates with fake graduation year is bad. Which secondary school the man you are asking to tackle insecurity attended before going to Chicago?

I'm an Obident and can say that the North is behind this to undermine Tinubu.

It's time someone teaches the North a lesson.

Let the North think, common moving of some departments & they are crying.

When we break how will they cope, they had better think well.

I'm not a Tinubu fab but can tell u that Tinubu can't be intimidated like GEJ was.
