Scripture Text: Matthew 18:19

Today we'll look at how strong couples are when they agree (Ecclesiastes 4:9–12).

Marriage has been around for a very long time. God set it up. It is meant to be a happy, fruitful friendship that lasts a lifetime. But the devil is very angry at marriage and the people who are involved in it, just like he is against anything that brings glory to God. It is especially true for Christian couples getting married. The number of divorces around the world is shockingly high right now.

Christian marriages will help bring forth more and more Spirit-filled Christians who are vessels for God and teams for him. The truth is that Satan's kingdom loses people when there are more righteous people on earth. This is why Satan targets Christian homes and marriages. But we should remember that God, who Has known the end from the beginning, saw this coming and planned for it.

Satan and his followers can't hurt us because Jesus Has given us power and authority over them. We can defeat them whenever they try to cause trouble in our lives. So, if the enemy starts shooting darts at your marriage or home, all you have to do as a Christian is put on all of your armor and face him. When it comes to spiritual battle, the word of God is like a sword that cuts through everything. The Bible promises that the prayers of the righteous are powerful, intense, and miraculous.

Do not base your marriage on anything but God's word. Make Him the Lord of your home, family, and business. Also, make sure that you and your partner love each other and get along. Then, always engage in prayer of agreement together. The enemy can't get to you and your partner because of these kingdom principles. God will be a Wall of Fire around your marriage.

It's hard to imagine how powerful a couple who prays can be. The Bible says that two is better than one. Deuteronomy 32:20 also says that one will go after a thousand and two will go after ten thousand. Matthew 18:19 says that if two of you agree on earth about anything, my Father in heaven will do it. The Bible verses above are divine promises that praying with your partner will bring you and your marriage many blessings and testimonies.

Never forget how strong two people can be when they work together. Today, let Jesus Christ into your life, home, and family, and He will make things better for you.
