A 3000 CAPACITY PIGGERY FARM PROJECT OUTLAY:

This looks a huge one and looks like will require quite a huge investment as well.
But then there is a way to start, hence the journey of 1000miles start with a step.

THE FACILITIES ON GROUND CURRENTLY:
1) A farm we rented at 3m per year at Otta close to Igbanke, boundary town after Uromi junction in Agbor, Delta State.

2) The facility is fenced round with a huge borehole.

3) A 5,000 pen capacity poultry.

4) Poultry infrastructure like feeders, watering cans to manage over 3,000 birds.etc.

5) A feed mill..

6) A 2-Hectare empty land to still develop and build on all fenced.

7) A large office and admin block and also residential apartment.

BUDGET OUTLAY:
For a smooth run on this model, a partnership fund of atleast Five MILLION NAIRA,(#5,000,000) can successful kick start and run this project.

THE PROJECT OUTLAY.
1) Buy Pure Breed weaned after 8weeks as parent stock. ) 3males, 20females. Cost-( 1 million.)

2) Utilize our broiler space to raise atleast 2000 broilers every 2months. Budget - (4million naira).

3) Raise the pure breed parent stock for 8months before they start giving birth. ( 1million naira)

4) General pen repairs and reconstruction of pens for pigs, water facility repairs and other repairs.

5)Raise funds from the profit of chicken over the course of 8months to build a huge pen that can house over 2,000 pigs at a go.
(Budget- 20m)

Note: The Broiler project is a goal behind the goal whose profit is channeled into the feeding, maintenance and expansion of the Primary Farm which is the PIG farm project.

TARGET:

* It is projected that after 2yrs, (24months) we should have had a stock of atleast 1,000 Pigs.

*In another 1 year, we should have had a stability point of 2,000pigs where atleast between 100 and 150 matured pigs are sold every month at say 70kg per pig at N1700 per kilo. Target( 18million naira
monthly)

*In another 1 year we could have our capacity increased further hence further increase in nos of pigs sold monthly.

* The pig market in the southern Nigeria is such a huge market that we can never exhaust even if we have 5000pigs monthly from our farm alone

NOTE;
The Chicken farm could slightly increased to say 4000 birds to fully cater for the pigs ad the pigs increase also. That is to say everything from the pig looks like a profit.

OWNERSHIP OUTLOOK..

* We currently have in d team a feed expert, a feed mill where we formulate and mill our feed. This inturn saves us about 40% of production cost due to the high cost of feed.

*You can appoint as a matter of fact an accountant or Auditor to help in keeping a good eye on our finances...

Note for site and facility photos, receipts and site visit is at your request.
