Most likely superseded by the pre independence constitutional conferences in London.

The constitutions (latest 1999 constitution, as amended) have superceded that document.

We can only revisit the agreement as a matter of national conscience, not legal requirement.

It would also be nice to show the names of the people that signed the documents that birthed the British created defunct regions that some people are so desperate to return back under various guise.
