At the end of harvest, the government will off-take (buy) produce from the farmers right on site and the government can offload (sell) the products at a determined market price. This is far better than forcefully trying to control market price. This will cut unemployment drastically and improve agricultural export to high levels.

Our Oga actually thought removing subsidy was the only solution to Nigeria's problem. They will still probe those that will be in charge of sharing this food reserves in the next few months for mismanagement.
