I know a man that he is into rice marketing, he's now complaining bitterly because the resources he has that used to ship over 200 tonnes of rice cannot safely ship 50 tonnes now because of price hike. Where I am buying foodstuffs in the market I was there yesterday to buy foodstuffs, I could not get many goods because she claimed she doesn't have enough money to meet bulk buying again due to hike in all her goods prices. I know some of you just feigned ignorance of the happening, not because you don't know what is going on and the excruciating pains people are going through. The rate of lamentation in the town now is too much but hailers of government like you feigned ignorance of the situation. Well, it's never a new thing, every successive government always have their own hailers no matter the level of atrocity they committed or policy injury they inflict on people. During Abacha, he has his own. IBB has his own. OBJ has his own. Yar'adua has his own. Even member of his household were more vocal to dispel anything. Jonathan his people made every differing voices a sin and attack any attackable. Reno, Asari Dokunbo and Abati were the arrowheads of the attack dogs. What of Buhari, that one was even a cult attack from the north to south west. Now to Tinubu, we are not expecting less, whether the country turn up side down it is none of you business, so far you don't attack him or say anything against his policies. Besides, Buhari has even become a saint leader because he was able to manage the situation till he left because he knew that introducing a policy that will directly inflict excruciating pain in people will have consequence. Any policy that increases people's poverty level, will surely increase insecurity. The two work hand in hand. You cannot say you're taming insecurity and at the same time deepening people farther into excruciating poverty. It makes no sense. A hungry man is an angry man. Stop defending the indefendable and face the reality. Tinubu's policies is not people friendly. |

Nigeria government don spoilt many Nigerians which make them believe that they deserve electricity even when they are not paying electricity bill. The problem with some of you is that you choose to have selective amnesia and support whatever nonsense sounding knowledgeable in bold letters meanwhile your IQ is negative. You cited Japan in your wacked analysis but the minimum wage in Japan is 1000yen/hr i.e $10/hr. That is about half the minimum wage of a Nigerian worker in one month!!! For Tinubu to implement his useless policy in this country the minimum wage will need to be nothing less than 500000 per month. That way prices might be high but people will be able to afford it. Mind you government exists for the welfare of the people and there's no government that does not subsidize one thing or the other for her people, Japan and China are subsidizing the automobile industry, the US subsidizes wheat farmers annually with billions of dollars. In Nigeria, I even think the government has never subsidized enough for Nigerians and the few subsidies is what they have now removed so what real benefits do the people enjoy from the government? Here you dig your own borehole for water, provide your own electricity with generator, provide your own private security in your estate etc. In conclusion,you are just a myopic APC zombie who does not understand what he's saying and how economy works. 1 Like |
