The perfect solution for Nigerian economy is to have a foreign/global product domiciled and exclusively run in Nigeria.

The crude oil is one, but we've mismanaged it.

We should be beaming more on Health, Education, Agriculture, Sports and Tourism.

Dollar freaked fellows everywhere.
The moment they see dollar, their sense of rational judgement becomes submerged in greed without consideration of the common man who can't afford the dollar.
How can the common man do business with the wealthy and become prosperous?

Tommorow the wealthy will go to church/mosque and pray against kidnappers and insecurity not knowing that, their actions of hoarding the few available naira in the form of the limited dollars they have acquired is the cause of their personal and national problem

International business indeed! Loading petroleum products(Ship to ship transfer) at Lagos offshore is now an international transaction.Continue deceiving yourself and gullible Nigerians.NPA doesn't bill NNPC/PPMC cargoes/vessel operations in dollar, they convert it in Naira for them to pay and others are allowed to pay in dollars.

Why should any entity both government or private transact a business in a foreign currency in Nigeria

As much as USdollar is popular, you can't use it in UK, Germany etc.

But in Nigeria?? The elites do whatever they want.

No one is talking about the Dollars stolen by all the corrupt politicians in this country. if we all could remember prior to the general elections the dollars politicians used for primaries alone was so much. Apc, Pdp and others were distributing dollars to delegates. During the election too the same. So we all need to beam search light to these politicians who mop up all dollar from circulation. It is very shameful to hear the head of an agency of Federal Government of Nigeria speaking and talking nonsense.

The same federal government that is campaigning against the use of USD in Nigeria is at the same time conducting business transactions in USD within the shores of Nigeria.

Can you go and do business transactions in USD at the national ports of Saudi Arabia or Kuwait?

This is one of the reasons why USD/NGN exchange rate will maintain a bullish trend.

NPA must collect money in naira for transparency. If they need to buy anything with dollar, they should go through the bank and wire the money.

NPA,NNPC and other MIDAS- Min and Depts - are created by govt - should lead by example,not giving excuses because of Corruption and greed!
This NPA foolish excuses means that,they do sell these Dollars in that Apapa and it's environment and are the reasons why we have higher cost of living on those imported goods!
•Most of the MIDAS are the real enemies of Nigeria,as they don't have audited financial Accounts on yearly basis on their activities!
