Emefiele only needs to identify Jibrin and prove that he delivered the money to him. If he can't do that and the documents presented to him were not in tune with the usual format but he paid, then there's a problem. What stopped him from clarifying such a huge request from the relevant authority before payment? Not so tidy from someone with years of banking experience.

Dear, sometimes you just let things go when they are not fully understood, rather than talk down on someone, just make your comment and let go. Haven said that. There's no government organization or directorate not even a small unit that operates a single obligor. Meaning there's no none that operates as single signatory to an account and in most cases directors are not signatories, so any financial fraud committed by a director must have accomplices. Payment as huge as that must be confirmed and crosschecked before it is approved. Confirmation and approval is usually done by the office of the AGF. The truth is that the both AGFs are aware of it(Accountant & Auditor). Even Emefele's personal allowance go through approval process. Sentiment apart, to get Emefele, many heads must roll, otherwise it will be seen as a pure case of witch hunt.
