Job Title: Project and Financial Advisory Consultant
Company: A Project and Financial Advisory Firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Primary Location: Southeast, Nigeria
Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable contract)
Job Type: Fulltime
Nature of Job: Hybrid with physical work at the client’s premises
Salary: N250,000/month (Negotiable based on experience and visible value at interview)

Resumption Requirement: Immediately (upon success at the interview stage)

Responsibilities:
Project Support
 Provide daily support on multiple projects for clients, including governments, private sector players, and other non-profit institutions.
 Conduct in-depth business research including desktop research and physical due diligence to gather relevant information for projects.
 Prepare detailed PowerPoint documents and presentations and other project-related materials. Documentation and Analysis
 Demonstrate excellent knowledge in the preparation of business cases, concept notes, financial models, project information memorandums (IMs), teasers, and other project-related documents.
 Analyse and evaluate financial data to ensure accuracy and relevance in project documentation.
 Conduct thorough research to support project planning and execution.

Capital Raise Support
 Utilize experience in capital raise to contribute significantly to fundraising efforts for projects.
 Engage with stakeholders and potential investors to secure necessary funding for projects.

Advisory Services
 Represent the compny to provide advisory services on specific projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to offer expert guidance and support.

Travel
 The job will require some travel to states within Nigeria and occasionally outside Nigeria.

Qualifications
 3-5 years of experience in financial services, related industries, or a similar job function.
 Highly skilled in business research, PowerPoint document preparation, and financial modeling.
 Proven experience in the preparation of business cases, concept notes, and other project-related documents.
 Experience in project financing is a significant advantage.

Key Skills
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
 Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
 Proficient in research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
