Upon the increase in the Federal Allocation to state some Local government still owing workers 6 to 7 month salary areas... If it's not checkmate, the governor will never allow the local government to pay does areas..

98% of Nigerian governors are lazy and clueless but their people wont hold them responsible for it. What's stopping most states from investing massively in large scale farming and tourism(some Nigerian state has a rich culture and beautiful landscape than Zanziba, look at what Zanziba is today) instead of white elephants project like airports undecided . Awolowo built the first TV station, Stadium, free education program in Africa with cocoa money and the total revenue from the cocoa is not up to the FAAC allocation that these wicked governors are pocketing. Governors are the major problem in Nigeria
R u from Pluto?
Is Ur state not a state in Nigeria?

Have you been to Gebu in Taraba state (that place is a mini pradise despite the fact that it was not well maintained) and we have more of that in Nigeria

Travelling alone is tourism, but with the present state of insecurity, do u expect someone to start traveling from Uyo to jalingo cos he wants to feel good with minimum wage of 30k which comes later than usual most months?

Even if state govts inject funds into tourism, it won't sell cos the country is already demarketed..

Every month US, UK n EU consular will update states with absurd insecurities, who will wanna come n spend his money when he isn't sure of returning back alive?

As we dey pray reach for this country, God still made us experience Tinubu. If God can give someone like Tinubu the grace to become the President. I am starting to believe He is wicked! He doesn’t care about us and yet we call on him every day
Earthy fathers don’t make their kids suffer. But God our Heavenly Father enjoys watching us suffer smh

[quote author=viodemus post=128477993]Useless meeting. It lacks creative wisdom. Stop
being lazy, you dey find lucky news, while you dey chop the money.

Maybe he serve them stone rice mix, make dem teeth cucu be like him own.

He be like say, he want make hunger bring out everybody eyes. Make dem chop stone join, so that dem teeth go uniform with him own.

have you ever asked what your state government does with the money they receive monthly? At least, it is evident that they now receive more money, yet are doing virtually less. About 30 States in Nigeria have no business being State, they are better off joined with other States, or better still, since the onus of responsibilities still falls on FED govt, let FED govt take charge of the whole country. The issue we have in Nigeria is , everybody holds the Fed Govt responsible for what should primarily be State and LGAs responsibilities.

Nothing was said. We are talking of immediate actions Tinubu is talking about increasing food production. From where?
In every challenge solutions come in the form of short term, medium term and long term solutions.
In the short term we may import to augment what is available. There is no food anywhere in Nigeria to increase production.
In the medium term and long term create and provide credit to verifiable farmers. In the long term train farmers and plan for mechanised farming on a large scale. States that are willing to provide land especially from states of origin of most herders provide ranches and ban open grazing. Provide security to farmers.
This is why we want at least HND holders as our leaders.

Well said.
You have a 1st class president grin grin grin

Did I mention anything Igbo or hausa here. The president conveyed a meeting and all that you mentioned was addressed! I remember when some ritualists were killing people in ikorodu area of Lagos, the state government did wait on federal government to flush them out. He tackled it decisively, what exactly are the state governments doing to secure there states? Government is not just one tier, every tier has to contribute their quota to make it a success

Typical APC supporters.
Are the state governors responsible for the current inflation, insecurity and dollar crisis ?

Clown.

He is still playing. Food importation should be considered. Farmers output can be used to replace import if it increases as he is suggesting here.
Food importation should continue with which dollar?

you are one of the very few people that has sense on this site. Buhari's 8yrs was a disaster and he causes 20years damage to Nigeria. We are really back to the basics. I pray for tinubu will be able to make a difference in 2years,it will be a miracle if he does am telling you. Buhari deliberately destroyed Nigeria ,I wonder for what reason?
Clown.
You crafty dodged blaming Tinubu about our current crisis.
Is obvious , that as dumb as Buhari is, he is far better than your Demigod ,Tinubu.
