The 1980 trophy (the African Unity Trophy) was donated by the Supreme Council for Sports in Africa (an organ of the Organisation of African Unity). Abraham Ordia was its president at the time (he was my dad's friend).

The trophy that Chief MKO Abiola donated to CAF was thr CAF Cup (aka MKO Abiola Cup). This was contested by clubsides that came between 2nd to 5th in their leagues between 1992 and 2004.
