I really hope so. Unfortunately most Nigerians are typically wicked.
From the unemployed, small business owners, students, civil servants up to the so called politicians are selfish and greedy. Patriotic Nigerians, those that put the country first, constitute just about 1% of the total population.
So I still maintain my point that everyone is just waiting for the slightest opportunity.
