Nigerians are aware of how Tinubus predecessor ran the economy aground for whole eight years, without nothing to show. His only achievement was plunging the nations economy into debt

*Corruption was unprecedented

*Insecurity was rampant

*Investors left because of bad policies

*Revenue from sales of oil were used to service loans

Tinubu inherited a near dead economy bedeviled by sheer incompetence and he thought he will be able to fix it within a few months, but alas, the more he try to fix the economy with some of his policies the more things are getting worse by the day

This inflation was triggered by the ill conceived and Ill timed removal of the fuel subsidy

Since the country's independence, the nation has not gotten this bad,
.
The naira keep falling everyday against the dollar, inflation has continued to slap the masses as essential commodities are no longer within the reach of the common man

The government keep assuring nigerians that things will get better, but by the seconds the prices of goods and services are soaring high ditto, the nations currency losing it's value
.
The government has now resorted to propaganda since nothing is working.

Some people prefer to stay behind in the kitchen because of the prospect of tasting half of the "obstacles" in the sauce and soup. I hope the heat doesn't ignite a fire that consumes the whole house.

Firstly, this government is a continuation of the previous government. The excuse that the actions of the previous government are distinct from this is false. The principal of the present government counts it as his achievement that he single handedly made Buhari the president of Nigeria. He was also the 'National Leader' of the party.

Secondly, it was obvious that the previous government was terrible so the next leader ought to be one who will salvage the situation. What we however have now is a government that has compounded the problems of Nigeria. For each hour of excuses, more Nigerians fall into poverty.

Tinubu was indirectly part of the previous govt.

Did he ever criticized buhari for once?

Only when he was acting like a power desperado, shouting emi lokan.

He's a well known thief, clueless and only removed subsidy for his own benefits.

Anyone think the suffering is for d greater good or there's a light at d end of the tunnel from this govt is d biggest fool alive.

The only thing Nigerians can do for their own good is to shut this country and drag that thief and his family and cronies out of ASO rock.

It's the same party with the same playbook, so they knew better than anyone else what the situation on ground was before they took over without a plan beyond grabbing & snatching. Furthermore, there is not a single one of them currently in this administration that was not applauding as the previous administration wrecked havoc on the nation's wealth, so this excuse is as DOA as moribund is. cool
