That airport happens to be one of the ONLY success stories in Nigeria. The airconditioners now work most of the time so that arriving passengers are not immediately drenched with sweat, the customs and immigration officers are generally courteous and efficient, the wheels of the luggage trolleys actually roll rather than drag, the public toilets are open to the public and kept clean, and best of all the armed robbers, pick pockets, con-men and kidnappers have been excluded from the terminal building. |
