Shocking as PHCN reveals that Aso Rock Villa, Agencies& Ministries bills unpaid is up to N47BN

The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) has revealed that various government ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs) owe a total of N47 billion in electricity bills. Among the debtors are prominent institutions such as the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, the Central Bank of Nigeria, and the Defence Headquarters. The AEDC issued a public notice stating that if the debts are not settled within 10 days, services will be disconnected. Some of the most indebted entities include military formations, the Ministry of Finance, and several state governors' liaison offices in Abuja.
