When you float your currency, people that keep money in fixed deposit and savings will definitely convert this money to dollars thereby putting more pressure on the local currency. (This is where these people are talking of sabotage, bc most people are converting their naira to dollars). The local currency will automatically nosedive. This is what is happening to our naira. China, USA, UK, Germany and Japan all defend their currencies. He built Lagos and he will replicate it in Nigeria. This man kept Lagos running when OBJ withheld allocations to LG in Lagos.
