Nigerian singer Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, known professionally as Peruzzi, has responded to a viral screenshot claiming to show a tweet he posted about his record label boss Davido.

The alleged tweet, which emerged on X (twitter) on Wednesday, was quickly shared across social media.

In the tweet he claims that "if he didn't write davido's songs, davido wouldn't have made it in the Nigerian music industry"
