The High Court sitting in Delta State has declined Davido’s application for a stay of proceeding in the breach of contract case instituted against by the organisers of the annual Warri Again event, Brownhill Investment Company Limited after he failed to appear at the event in 2023.

Brownhill Investment Company Limited is in court to claim 2 billion naira in general damages in an action against Davido over the alleged breach of contract.
