I don't have issues with this, my own problem is with those useless youths shouting binance and talking down on law abiding citizens that have chosen their preferred choice of currency.

THE NUMBER ONE KILLER OF FX IS THE NIGERIAN GOV AND THEIR CRONIES.
Leave youths who are sorting themselves out by themselves without the useless government.

Dear Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC),

It's over to you. Which ones of these so-called BDCs are registered (or still listed) with you? Please kindly confirm via a national newspaper advertisement. Nigerians want to know. Enough is enough!

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

The question Nigerians should be asking is; why sell to them? What type of negative economy policy is that? Why not sell directly to people who needs it? Why sell to BDC? Why? Just too sad

There are ways to go about this. If they are not listed on the CAC website, then they are not registered. You can do that here:

https://search.cac.gov.ng/list

Names can be ridiculous. The most important thing is, are they registered? If yes, then you can be sued for raising false alarm. Be very careful

Many of them will close shop now that they've increased their capital base to N1B.
Many of them are just using it to collect weekly allocations from CBN at a subsidized rate and sell immediately.

The names don't seem legit and feel like a front for some really illegal things going behind the curtain, I would say a good investigation should be called into the operations of these people.
I don't need there's need for any investigation.. Now, that their capital base has been increased to N1B, I know many of them will close shop.

BDC operators hold too much power in this fragile economy. All efforts to regulate and control foreign exchange from the federal level have been futile. Why? BDC operators That's why!
How did they get so empowered and seem unconquerable?
Obviously! No punitive measures for wrongdoings, unless for d poor $ helpless.

CAC does not have any control over the names you chose for your company,

You can choose to call your company 'My wife is a b*tch ltd,' and you would still get registered.

If this current Nigerian structure is not dismantled through either credible election, national conference, civil disobedience and revolution. Nothing might change.
