I'm not a doc but I've got to know that red meat is a major thing to avoid as a man to steer clear of prostate enlargement. Men, please, let's avoid it.

Enlarged is by far better than cancer. It might even be too late before the cancer is detected and that's the case in most cases. What about the cost of treating cancer?
