Remuneration: Monthly Salary & Commission

Job Description: We are seeking well-seasoned experienced Real Estate Marketer with not Less than 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for selling our landed properties and utilizing digital marketing strategies to drive sales and generate leads.oThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, with specific knowledge and experience,Responsibilities, Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities. Build and maintain a network of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking activities. Present and demonstrate property features to potential buyers. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to property handover. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.oCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.oProvide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.oAchieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.


Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification with 3+ years’work experience. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Must be computer literate and social media savvy.
Must have experience in the realestate industry.
Have excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationship with clients.
Must be willing to work weekends if the need arises.
