It's not down.step down to 3g. I'm using mtn as we speak. The thing now is all mtn data zaps.i did 6gig last nite.just browsing on my phone .and slept off.when I woke up its only 1gig left.i was co fused

If you use smartphone and you don't know how to limit data consumption, you go hear am.

No since you did not sign agreement with them and probably their bulky terms and condition will have clause that immunizes them against network failure, You should always have data in at least 2 network providers in the future.
