AT&T was down for almost a whole day in some states in USA last week and they gave affected customers $5 as compensation

U guys should improve your service jor. Is it because you're in Nigeria where there's no accountability? This network stuff has been on for days and it keeps persisting from place to place.

Improve how? They said they had a cut in their fibre infrastructure. So this was totally outside their control. Even in US, telcos experience total outages like this.

Say that again! Since 2005 I started using Glo there's has never been improved services ; the only good thing about them is the introduction of per second billing as well as crashing the prices of SIM cards.

I am still trying to figure out how a people traumatised by a political party for 8 years can of their own free will still deliver to such a party when it is confirmed beyond doubt that the party is a conglomeration of crooks, with absolute nothing to offer,and yet the people still vote the party,were they expecting miracles,something they couldn't do with their thumbs when they had the opportunity. Why MTN can't either be proactive or effectively reactive? It took a significant long time to resolve the glitch and restore service.
