This how a Court should be responsible and respond to National issues!
How can Politicians - who are mostly Law Makers,hold the Judiciary ( other Arms of Govt ) armstrong?

It's unfortunate, that most of our Politicians and their Lawyers, found it expedient to quickly go to Courts and cause adjournment upon adjournment, because there is no Consequencs - something they dare not do in Britain or any other saner Clime- because their Certificates will be withdrawn!
Nigeria Judiciary have rights and power to restore the Common Man's Confidence because the Souls of Common Man is crying for deliverance!

Going to the appeal court is abuse of court process ... They should have approach the Supreme Court to seek interpretation, if they can override the appeal court judgement despite been the last bus stop for the law makers ... Laws are to tested, it's what strengthens it .
