....and remember, it would probably get worse so prepare for the worst.

The most important ingredient is free. It is water. Pour lots of water. They said "better soup na money kee am" so also have your tooth brush near bye because it is 1k soup, after eating, you might need to brush that 💩 taste from your mouth.

Ogbona is nice and makes sense...can do with almost anything swallow and you don't need to add too much to make it work...add ponmo, smoked fish and dry shrimp

Great100000:
(1) Okra soup (aka ila alasepo)

Okra soup is simply a stewed okra soup recipe. It is a very popular delicacy among the Yoruba ethnic group of western Nigeria. It is also known as Ila Alasepo by the Yorubas. This Nigerian Okra soup recipe can be replicated with or without Palm oil. It is also by far the cheapest soup one could prepare in the country.

N200 – Okro
N150 – Grounded Pepper
N200 – Palm Oil
N300 – Ponmo
You will even be left with a change of N200

It was unfathomable that someone could perform worst than buhari... now it is a reality (god forbid).

In terms of economy and electricity, the Buhari failed regime was far better.

200 naira okro?
Ogbono 250??

These prices are becoming non existent in reality.

Better buy 500 naira okro, 100naira Crayfish, 100 fresh pepper(it's about 3-4 pieces they will give you), oil 100, iru 50.

For 1 person only and can/might last 2 servings.

Lets hope the person has gas to cook it.

When the election was rigged and Bulaba emerged. My wife was so sad cos we knew some clepto is about to take over. I told her not to worry so much at least no one would be as bad as Buhari... now you can see i was wrong

(3) Ogbono soup

Ogbono Soup is a super tasty, nutrient-dense soup made with Ogbono seeds (African wild mango seeds). It’s a draw soup just like Okro with enough viscosity to have it sticky to a ‘swallow’ for a sumptuous meal experience. It is also not a soup you need to break the bank for as with N1,000 you can have it made:

N250 – Ogbono seeds

N150 – Pepper

N200 – Palm Oil

N300 – Panla (to give it some spice if you want)
Ogbono Seed N250? Dey play! grin grin grin One cup is N1200 angry angry angry

(2) Egusi Soup

Egusi is a traditional one-pot soup that combines blended melon seed, pepper, leafy vegetables, and meat. It is nutty, spicy, and tasty.

With N1000 you can prepare an egusi soup. Here is how:

N250 – Half cup of Egusi

N150 – Grounded Pepper

N200 – Palm Oil

N300 – Pumpkin leave (Ugwu)

Do not try this bland nonsense.
You will regret it.

Even water is not free in some parts of Nigeria with no access to borehole or well or has bad water. You have to pay Mai Runwan N500 and above per day to supply water.
