Wash the rice thrice before cooking it. Wash it very well.

If only you discovered the rat inside it before you opened the bag, it would have been easy to return it. There is nothing you can do anymore so far you opened the bag. Just throw the rat away and keep your rice. Thank God is yet to decay in it. Just make sure you wash the rice very well anytime you want to cook it.
