In December of 2021, a five-year-old boy in California accidentally stabbed and killed his twin brother with a kitchen knife. The boy was playing with the knife when it slipped and cut his brother's neck, causing him to bleed to death. The boy's parents called 911 and the child was taken to the hospital, but he could not be saved.
