This is a foretaste of the state police, our legislature needs to study state police best practices, harmonize with our cultural differences, look at the best framework that will work to check manipulation of the created units as well as put in place a tailored and synergized interagency collaborative plan.
The issue of jurisdiction should also be well articulated as well as the boundaries of state/federal police or else, we have a ticking time bomb in the making as "state police" undecided undecided undecided undecided undecided

First of all, there is no such thing as Muslim north and Christian south. Muslims are found in both north and south, likewise Christian's. Stop giving it a geographical meaning.
The people u see begging are from Niger republic not northerners.
Secondly, people move to places where they see opportunities including all the ibos moving to kano , Abuja etc 4 business. Or are u telling me that southerners dont move north 4 business too?
